Bobby entered the real estate business as a sales associate in February, 1980 while going to college in Harrison at North Arkansas College. He has been broker and owner of his own business since March, 1990. He became associated with Coldwell Banker by purchasing the franchise and operating the business of Coldwell Banker Benchmark Realty in July, 1994. He then changed the name to Homestead Realty and relocated the office to its present location in July, 1995. Bobby holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations and is a past president and director for the local Board of Realtors.

Bobby is a native of the Harrison and Boone County area. He and wife, Darlene, have been married for over 23 years and reside on a small farm north of Harrison near Bergman, the same local area where he grew up. They have three children and are active members of Ozark Baptist Church.

Ryon Edwards, Sales Associate

Ryon is a native of Harrison and graduated from Lead Hill High School. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Ryon was employed at Anderson Propane for 12 years where he became extremely familiar with most all of the area between Clinton and the Missouri line. He also owns and operates Edwards Painting.

He and his wife Julia reside in Harrison, they have been married four years and have two children, Ryleigh & Kindall.

Pat was raised in the Boone County area, but raised her daughter in the Conway area. She then attended the University of Central Arkansas earning her Masters in Special Education. She worked for the State of Arkansas which brought her back to Harrison.
